Greetings William Shatner. Thank you for a heartfelt holiday message. Yes, things are indeed cyclical. The pendulum is swinging the other way. However, the antithesis of stimulus spending is austerity measures. Heaven help us all if the powers at be tighten the purse strings. Can you see the riots in Europe? My fear is that we still need to pay the piper, so to speak, and that the worst is not yet over. I hope for the best, however.

I'm 58 years old, watched Shatner from the very first. Of all the Star Trek captains, Shatner still remains #1, with Patrick Stewart at #2.
If I could ask Bill Shatner a question, it would be WHY no more Boston Legal, that was and is, one of the best shows ever mad period.
Best of luck to Captain Kirk, and may you have many more years in the Command Seat of the USS Enterprise.
