Second portion of Obama's speech at University of Nevada, Reno - power went out at end of this segment. Includes hilarious "Tonto getting mad at the Lone Ranger" comment about McCain's anger at Bush, and mention of Bush voting for McCain. He compares Bush to McCain regarding health care and financial policies. He criticizes deregulation advocated by McCain after Wall Street meltdown. Times are difficult, but he states we can steer ourselves out of this crisis with the right leadership.
