@dx221000 Uhhh wtf? you don't train "ufc" you idiot. ufc is a brand, a company. That's like saying I train NFL. So ovbiously you don't train in any mma techniques. Tthere are no idiots in mma and you sound like some tool bragging about something you don't know shit about sitting in mommy's basement.

I had the opportunity to be at his seminar. Matt Hume, Rich's coach, is fantastic. Rich is a really nice guy to talk with. Somehow he's got that 'teacher' aura coming out frm him haha...

this guy is a true legend. i live in cincinnati suburb (west chester) and i train at jorge gurgel's gym. ive met rich franklin quite a few times and i see jorge and dustin hazelett on a daily basis
