In the beginning you can wait in the elevator for Hendrik Schmutz. Strangle him. Go to his room, and take his briefcase. Then you go downstairs, and go to the meeting. Then after the exchange the Sheik heads upstairs, just go and strangle him. Then you go to the 7th Floor, and climb up to the 8th Floor. Activate the Fire Alarm, and go in to the next target's room. The cupboard will hide you, wait for the target to return, and strangle him. Then exit through the bathroom. Get your suit, leave.
