hahahahaha i went to his facebook page and tryed to friend him but he had to many requests but still when i looked at his wall he still has it written "I am now a bank robber"

What drug would this guy be addicted to to go out and rob a bank? Further more, what drug would he need to be on to steal panties, then turn himself in for doing so. This guy shows clear enough signs of poor mental health, and I don't think the brother of his is helping much by seemingly taking light onto the situation. What does the segment with the homeless shelter have to do with this case exactly? So many unanswered questions from this report. Almost a comedy on all accounts.
