Its the part of constitution of Pakistan that no Qadiyani or Ahmedi has the right to use any trademark or paraphernalia of Islam like the 'Kalma' or title that represents muslim identity. This act is to ensure that identity of both groups.Because after the Supreme court's decision of declaring Qadiyanis "Non-muslim" they started mingling in muslim community by using Islamic marks of identity and people could not distinguish a Qadiani from a Muslim.

And Islam itself a mere "Company" run under western style commercial laws using trade mark, so that it can be protected. As God has no power to protect Islam. Also, tell us what is the logo of Islam and who own it? For your information word 'Muslim' was used for Hadhrat Ibraheem (as) for the first time in history, so Christians and Jewesh can rightly claim using word 'Muslim' and Islam.

first of all change the caption of this video.. A non muslim's place of worship is not called MOSque..secondly Luqman is such an ignorant person ..he only chews on the sensitive issues to clear and impose his own view points on others.. and btw lucman is not an islamic scholar! we knw that Ahmadyi is not even a sect of islam..they are simply out of the islamic fold... even hindus and christians are better than them coz they are not violating the principles of islam atleast..
