42 year old female who does 1-2 hours of cardio a day and strength trains 2 times per week. She was frustrated with not being able to lose more body fat. Trainer doubled the amount of calories with good food and she droped 3% body fat in 2.5 weeks. He cut her cardio back and increased her metabolism by giving it more food to support it.
