OK. It is reasonable that a poison gun exists that its dart contains a poison that degrades or metabolizes into a molecular compound that cannot be identified as a known poison. But you never proved that this is what happened to Aaron Russo. So, all of this is only speculation and proves absolutely nothing about the existence of FEMA camps or foul play in the death of Russo.
