People living at that time, just knew that this band was different. The excitement went far beyond the excitement for just another band, this was different. I think people had the sense that this incredible music was going to last for a very, very long time.

well for all you younger people out there, I was 11 yrs old in 1964. This music gives you a window into the 1960s. Just imagine the musical environment: Rolling Stones, Jefferson Airplane, Dylan, Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, and all the other great ones. It was a unique time. None of this economic stress. The country was doing well, you have no idea of the excitement we had, waiting for a new Beatle song to come out, and it got better and better. By 1969 it was over. But it lasted five great yrs

They should officially release this concert on dvd and in 11:44 that's some SICK drumming skills ringo's displaying there, for that time anyways.

Very awesome, but listen to those wrong chords at 3:05, phew....OH WELL, IT STILL ROCKS. As far as the "audience member acting stupid as hell at :25.....remember, most of these people had never been to a rock concert before and very few existed before this one. These people were having they're minds melted.

It's difficult now to appreciate how awesome the Beatles were. They were a rock band and they were white boys screaming and shaking their hair. The teenagers were blown away by them! And of course their music was amazing.

Thanks for the comment. This was on iTunes as a stream from 16th Nov until 31st Dec 2010, and then you had to by their Box Set to get it. I managed to get hold of a promo the same day but decided to leave it until now to post.
