@herpderpmonkey You see those videos in the "related videos" sidebar? those people have no idea what they're talking about. This guy has huge forums, full of people that have already confirmed that this technique works. You may be a bit more skeptical, but that's enough information for me.

@chrisredfiud Theories can't be proven. Secondly, can you link me to sources because I've searched databases and article engines; only non-peer reviewed journals by the same author came up. Websites aren't credible sources you realize right (unless .gov or maybe .edu)?
Trust me, I want lucid dreaming to be real. But I always noticed wishful people in things like this tend to overlook some of the answers just to purport their hopes.

These theories were proven over and over again, smartass. A lot of people have reported getting lucid dreams using these techniques, and his website is fairly famous.

I guess people never heard of "don't believe everything you hear on the internet". What exactly gave you the inclination that this guy knows about self-inducted lucid dreams and how to train yourself to induce lucid dreams?
I notice that there's no comments definitively saying that these videos helped them achieve lucid dreams. I find that likely as this is just another speculative pseudoscience w/ no support.
Sorry but truth hurts. The only studies done were by the guy who's selling books.

That's a very nice dream :) chasing dreams are easy to turn into a lucid dream since you already gain a bit of consciousness through escitement
