@BanksyKid I think what they are trying to say is that even an idiot can understand it - not that their customers are idiots. Because these people are their customers yet - they are enquiring :). Its a funny advert, the whole point of it is to put a funny face [can't remember his name] thus reaching a new audience and with the funny events that happens this catches peoples eyes. Its a brilliant way of selling.
