Differently than the trailer for the first movie, I actually enjoy the theatrical trailer for "Returns". But I figured since I re-made the first, might as well do this too. It turned out OK. Check the trailer for the first Batman at my profile.

@PaperViewed sure, there were elements that were a little over the top, but it wasn't as bad as you make it sound. personally, it's my favorite batman movie of all, including the nolan films, which are also really good. the "arkham asylum" and "dark knight returns" stories were really different as well, just like the movies are different. like it or not, it's all batman. bob kane was even a consultant on tim burton's films; how much more batman could it be?

@hxzxxl No, I'm not talking about the character. I'm talking about the film itself. It was horrible. It was rushed out and poorly written. Batman was a good character, but the film was a lame attempt at writing. I mean... come on... if you think that kamikaze penguins are cool then you have something else coming.

@PaperViewed what IS batman? the "arkham asylum: a serious house on serious earth batman?" "the dark knight returns batman?" even those two incarnations are totally different from each other, but they are still batman. there is no single batman, just different interpretations of him. you didn't like this, but you aren't the judge on what is and isn't batman.
