How long will the result of the first session last? After reducing the jawline with botox, will it return to the former shape? Is it necessary to come back for more injections?

@bummer4451 On average, an injection lasts 6months. With periodic injections twice yearly, it often becomes permanently smaller. If you discontinue injections within the first 2-3 sessions, the muscle usually comes back to its original size.

Is it important how and where the botox is injected? My doctor injected the botox in several locations (best estimate 10) all over my masseter muscles, with most focusing on the lower region of my jaw and he did not have me clench my teeth but relax my jaw muscles. I'm worried.
