"Sculpting Extreme Makeover" is my own contemplation about plastic surgey, face-lift and our obsession with beauty. This is an extreme makeover where an ugly girl is changin into a beautiful one. But sometimes it is hard to say when to stop and the beautiful face becomes an ugly and grotesque mask. There is nothing ugly about her at the start except for the tip of her nose which is masculine in form to an extent that one usually would never see that trait on a woman
