try to pick your nose with your elbows, and shoot your elbows straight out. if you have to, squat down underneath it and catch it on your chest. :) good luck!
If you can get it that high you can do it. Think about just using your elbows to lift it and explode and let the weight fly up and let gravity take its toll. Then get under it of course. Don't forget form. It will help in the long run. Hope this helped.

You can get the weight easily up u just gotta try and get more jump and explosive start. Just keep trying more
