hi jake, how did u get 23L in that little bucket!, iv been using a 23L bucket for mine and i always get lots of spill over and bubles up in the air lock and i gota take the lid off and clean it up, hapened 4 times in the first week , did this hapen to u

i love watching your vids jake but i want you to brew the best of your ability, your capable of so much more! cheers buddy, your a fantastic guy, your passion for beer is incredible but you need to work on technique. side note,,, there are 3 books that i suggest reading to further your passion for beer... How to Brew by John Palmer, Tasting Beer by Randy Mosher, and lastly Designing Great Beers by Ray Daniels

A couple things... I understand all grain. and I understand extract brewing. but i don't understand festa brewing... step 1. pour into bucket. step 2. add yeast. boom. your done? wheres the fun?

@volcomsnowjake13 Well,I enjoy the hobby of making beer,however,I'm not interested in long and tedious procedures. The main reason I got into making homemade beer it due to the high prices of alcohol here in Canada.I want to continue with but I wish to simplify it as much as possible,That's why I picked the sanitizing dish & bottle tree.At this point I'm not interested in AG however I may try it out someday at least to say I did. and as far as dry hopping.. this wasnt anything close to dry hopping.. i hate to be a debbie downer but "dry hopping" is the act of adding hops (preferrably in a muslin/nylon sack a week into primary AFTER a transfer into the secondary) i have t imagine you will end up with a very hop hazy beer. dont get my wrong,

@volcomsnowjake13 Thanks for the advice on the Dry hopping,I will try the muslin/nylon sacks in the next brew! Oh and I have tried the secondary before and found no difference in the flavor of the beer and clearing is done just as well in the bottles stored in a dark area for a few weeks. I'm sorry friend,but I have to agree with Craig F. on this issue. The secondary for the most part is just extra work that really isn't necessary. It's Ok though,each to his own is all right with me. Ohhh yea that gonna be a good beer. The pilsner is already pretty hoppy so with the extra dry hops it should turn out awesome. Cant wait to see the taste test
