If you go to the Memory Alpha Specifications of this ship, i'll respect that ship more.
If Star Fleet have about 10 of the Sovereign Class and the Nova Class, Dominion can be crashed about 1 month of war...

it would have given starfleet some added extra muscle.
I mean common isint that what starfleet ships these days are supposed to be about aswell as beuty?

Try building a paper model of it!. Holy shit its complicated. If wasnt the most amazing design with such beatiful lines, I wouldnt bother.

lol, i suppose your are right about the cloaking and the amount of weaponry. the enterprise fought well, no doubt, but still, they got their ass handed to them. as for the romulans, yes, they sucked royaly in that battle. i also thought that the quantum torpedoes would have inflicted more damage to the simitar. they did an amazing job with the enterprise phasers though...

@wjohnmca sorry dude but its impossible to compare anything to the scimitar, the thing had an ungodly amount of weapon ports (in the hundreds), primary and secondary shield generators, a thelaron weapon which could wipe out a planets entire population, AND it could fire through its cloak.... sorry but the producers kinda fucked up in creating that ship, oh and btw those warbirds didnt help the enterprise out much either in that fight
