I am a Gambian n this is not how we cook peanut butter soup (Domoda ) n its cooked with real peanut butter paste, we don't cook it with oil cause the peanut comes with its own oil, we don't cook it with ginger either. if u want to see the real domoda recipes google Gambian dishes..this is not Gambian Domoda,..Goodluck with ur product.
Dear Madam, I was very excited to learn how to make peanut sauce but was so disappointed to find that the emphasis was on marketing your product. I didn't learn anything from this piece other than how to mix water with your paste. Peanut is a a widely available ingredient and it would have been nice to learn how to make the sauce using fresh ingredients with the option of buying your sauce if we wanted to. I will continue to search. Thanks anyway for the effort of promoting African food.
I m from Mali and I love that sauce !!!! My mom used to make it when we were kids :) I miss this sooo much :) I loooove "tiga dégé" . Thank you for posting this Tanti ! :)
