Jason would have to get up close and personal to hurt him but the Predator doesn't have to. Jason would have to ambush him just to have a chance. Predator has too many weopons on him and if Jason somehow severely injures Predator, he'll just blow everything up with his A-Bomb. There'd be green juice and maggots everywhere.
