A lot of factors can affect a singer's live performance. Sometimes this kind of inconsistency had to do with the technical side of things because in POP music everything is mixed VERY LOUD. So if the balance is off by a bit, then the voice of a particular individual can get completely drowned. Besides, sometimes singer don't get enough of their vocal in their monitor so they can't hear what they are singing. Yes even the best soundman make mistakes.

Don't know why,but Victoria had a stronger voice in Istanbul and Wembley,but in Earls Court and the Return her voice was too weak...then her Holler performance was awful
