Almost There (Canadian French) w/ subs & translation

I finally saw The Princess and the Frog last weekend. I looooove it. :D
Sung by Nancy Fortin, who also sang the Québécois version of "When She Loved Me" from Toy Story 2. :)

Vocab:
[le] temps - time
[les] gens - people
décider - to decide; to determine
se réaliser - to realize (i.e. come true)
travailler - to work

TRANSLATOR'S NOTE: I translated "Je suis décidée" quite literally. I would have liked to translate it as something like "My mind is made up", but the line after being "oui, décidée" would make it very difficult to do that. So I stuck with the literal translation.

A great version!

Hm...Perhaps you could say "I am determined"? That would make "oui, décidée" "yes, determined" and still carry the meaning of "My mind is made up." Just a thought from someone who knows close to no French.

This is awesome! I'm using it to study my french for a test that will allow me to skip a year of french so I have a extra period so I can take other classes, theses video's have helped me learn so many new words in french and is helping with my spelling (don't ask how) so thanks so much for uploading!
