Wow nice vid. Awesome critters. What you gonna do with the fry? I read that at a certain age you have to put em all in seperate jars. What ya feeding the fry? :o

umm you can probably put a small snail in because they can curl up in there shell and the betta would mistake them for a rock, but the small one smultiply intill they take over your tank. you can buy a Tetra or Barb fish if you have a 10 gallon tank with Hiding places.

Did you get the male and female betta fish from petsmart or petco, or did you get them online from a breeder.

The female I picked up at Petsmart, the male I got from a specialty fish store.

This particular snail was (it died of copper poisoning after I added algea fix to the water) a black Mystery snail. They ejoy eating certain plants, cucumbers etc. They reproduce sexually, and since I only had the one there was no concern of them taking over the tank. Betta's are territorial fish, but are tolerant of the snails, ghost shrimp, plecos, and Kulioches.
