@hannahmileyrocks14 no tutorial but its just a strip about 5 x 12 accordian folded about every 3 inches and then while folded I used my corner chomper on all corners.

I saw a tutorial from someone else who glued the sides closed..I think that would be neat to do...especially if your using regular size bags....
Your album is so pretty! What a great job you did on Weezie's tag! She will get a kick out of seeing that...very pretty...
So many techniques you did!

Yes thede were regular size....I forgot to say I cut off the ends so they messured about 6"
