I went and got the digital terminal with HD ect and audio problem still persists,also picture freezes sometimes.They tell me that all the cable providers have the same issue and even satellite providers have this problem.People are being ripped off.

i have reported it many times and they are working on a fix,dont hold your breath.Fu Shaw!

so I sent this link to shaw complaining again, they admitted that they are aware of the problem, it is from their end and are investigating.....for over 6 months now

since I moved to Coquitlam my tv has been making the same sound glitch. I have complained to shaw but they say its most likely MY tv... it happens all day but if I put on a DVD its fine. FU SHAW
