A Tale of Two Cities - WTVR Tour

WTVR was the South's first television station and played a critical role in the founding and early success of Wards TV, which later grew into Circuit City. Get a brief history and tour of the station from Don Talley, whose father was among the first service technicians for Wards TV. Don now works for WTVR as an account executive and is the station's resident historian.

"A Tale of Two Cities: The Circuit City Story" is a feature-length documentary coming in the fall of 2010. It is dedicated to the hundreds of thousands of associates who built Circuit City into a retail powerhouse, only to watch it spiral into bankruptcy and liquidation.
