Amidst the celebrations going on all over D.C. 4 Obama's inauguration, there were in fact 3 Latin Inaugural "Galas" being held.....This one here @ Carlos Rosario School hosted by D.C. Latino Caucus & it's President, Mr. Franklin Garcia was one.....Although it was the smallest of the 3 galas with the least funding, after Kika was invited 2 participate & assist Garcia in her field of expertise (uniting red carpet bodies) it would be in the end, the most memorable celebrated Gala in town, as u can see, kika stopped in with a few friends......Mr. Edward J. Olmos would make an appearance with absolutely no pay what so ever.E.J.O. paid his own airfare & hotel..& just how did Kika move Pacheco & Olmos around town, why police cars of course.......cause she's kika, La Reina de la Calle.............
