Obama also nominated Victoria Nourse, who wrote an article for Cornell Univ., saying that the SCOTUS found rights that do not exist (e.g. an individual right to own a firearm) in the Heller & McDonald decisions. Scary!

I'm a more liberal-thinking guy as far as issues like abortion and gay rights go, but this gun ban is something I really can't get behind. This is a classic case of angry boy thinking: "I have to be the strongest! I won't let ANYBODY oppose me! Nobody ELSE can have what I have! That way they all have to listen to ME!" This, of course, didn't work with Soviet Russia, nor Robespierre's Revolution, nor any other similar anal-retentive society that has fallen over the ages.

I find it very gratifying to hear first-hand, what I've believed to be true from someone who is a very objective non-pundit type, such as Lott.

The problem is it might already be happening....i believe 100% this nation will eventually head towards a civil war...and soon the world will follow....it's just a matter time....if anything the balls in the government, u.n., and the growing n.w.o. that's out there's court...if they want to continue abusing us just like these criminals/gangbangers and terrrorists that the government now protects...it does so at it's own risk if you ask me.
