actually Kim chi is made with rice vinegar and sesame oil and ginger, Like this recipe:
Health food store Unrefined rice vinegar
Unrefined sesame oil
Kosher salt (or sea salt)
this is just fermented vegies, but it is just what I was looking for any way. Nice video but you should change the title. :)

@mjrose68 I would love a lesson on making tradition Kimchi!! This is obviously a variation with the theme being spicy fermented cabbage. I see many recipes calling for sugar and chili sauces with preservatives, which I don't use nor advocate.. The key for me is healthy bacteria and probiotics!!

Intresting! I've never have seen like this kind Kimchi in Korea. As a Korean, hard to say this is Kimchi. But I am very wondering about how this food taste like...
