@michaelbrownnnnnn why are you saying what he would have run with MAX wind? if ur gonna compare you have to compare them with ZERO wind. Bolt's 19.19 (-0.3) is a 19.17 with ZERO wind, Blakes 19.26 is a 19.31. even with the same reaction time, botl's is still slightly faster AND he had to run 100m heats, semi's finals, 200m heas and semi's and FINALLY the 200m final, PLUS he was alone in that race, compared to Yohan who had to chase down dix. EAT THAT!

He could have recorded a reaction time of 0.16 seconds( which is considered average) on almost any other day and brought down the world record to 19.11. Eat that!
