Nice Catch ! I personally don't like it when railroads do that, cause it looks odd, plus since its a commuter locomotive. But besides that, nice catch ! Thumbs up for this video !

Coaster usually sends their units for overhauls in Altoona such as 2103 and 2105 but i have never heard of it in seattle
