@howell2006 you're right, it's probably because this game is the 3rd in the series and Jill learned that there is no hope or rescue coming, its all reflecting back on her in this temporary safe, yet claustrophobic room she found herself in

lolwut. FEAR's pretty fucking tame, but does action waaayy better than the Resident Evil series post-RE4.
Still love it, though. Like RE4, the action doesn't detract from the creepy atmosphere, the intriguing environments, or the downright freaky antagonists.

@MaidenFan24568 I Say RE4 was Great it was something New and Different from the other Resident Evil Games still a lil Scary but when u played it over and over the game did not seem as scary. But RE5 was SHIT !! not scary not one bit. Was so Bad LOL I mean it got 2 the point where Zombies where on Bikes ? if anything thats just Crazy people on Steroids and if anyone sez RE5 is better then RE4 or any other Resident Evil Games there not a Ture Resident Evil Fan ! XD

For me, when RE4 came out as well as the movies, RE moved away from horror completely and became a run and gun action franchise. The ps1 RE's were scarier and better
