On open RvR servers you're allowed to go down two tiers before you're turned into a chicken I believe.

you can't. if you're playing on core servers, if you move down to one tier from your current tier level, you'll be turned into a chicken upon entering open RvR areas. same goes for the open RvR servers. *correct me if i'm wrong*

one thing i don't understand, if you get all the way to tier 4, can you go back and just kill noobs? or did i miss the podcast explaining how they made it so jackasses can't go back and do that?
