@nwoalexjones Uh, no actually we didn't. Bush came out and admitted that he never found WMDs. Furthermore, Bush was was neither elected nor reelected. He stole both elections, the first one through Katherine Harris in FL, and the second one through the "hanging chads" debacle in Ohio.

There is a constitutional right to tax, but only for certain things - see the enumerated powers. The rest is theft. Yes we spend democratically - but we now disregard the republic's charter. Pure democracy is nothing but mob rule by 51% - and NOT our form of government. When 51% pay no net tax and they determine the taxation levels of others - then the mob's greed becomes theft.

Having a say in government makes your comparison to a common thug taking your money laughable. Unlike the thug, you have no say in how your money is spent. You won't always get your way as to how the taxes are spent, but that's just tough luck, because in a democracy, there are other taxpayers, and other citizens. They too have a right to a say in their tax money as well. I've never heard such a nonsensical argument until I read your comment.
