i am sure that this island is not yet over...because...the girl had predicted that fishman island would be destroyed...so i feel they r going to come back to fishman island for some reasons...may be after big mom arc....!!!..(only a possibility)

had to admit that FI arc is my least fav arc so far, it's not really worth the length. It would have been much better if only it was made shorter. However, I do LOVE where the story going with all of the important facts like Posiedon, joy boy, noah, 'the promised day' and of course, madam shirley's prediction.

I personally think Oda deliberately made Hody and his gang not a threat to reflect how strong luffy and the other's have become because I personally would have been disappointed if they had come from their two years of training and immediately faced a villain who is nearly on par with them. However, Oda compensated for Hody's lack of threat by including the whole Noah issue which really pushed luffy to his limits and which in my opinion better reflects the strength and power he now possesses.
