The Spectacular Spider Man Ep10 Persona Part 1

Courtesy of a symbiotic alien life form, Spider-Man begins to wear a black costume while he is framed when another Spider-Man starts making robberies in New York. However, the impostor was actually the Chameleon, a criminal who uses various disguises, inventions, and effects with the help of Quentin Beck and Phineas Mason. It is up to the web-slinger to team up with the cat burglar known as the Black Cat to stop his new enemy's crime spree and clear his name but the Black Cat has other ideas.

@Barendsen2 he did too talk, just not that often. he was originally played off as the step-son of the Red Skull. thats why this Chameleon has a German accent

I remember the Chameleon never speaking in the other Spider-man. Its weird to see him with a mouth all of a sudden (I've never seen this show before)

And a big mouth too!
