This is the first and only Tech Demo of Knights and Merchants 2. It is called Princedom, and let me tell you why:

After KaM TPR Joymania worked in 2001 on a new 2D engine for KaM2,
it had new features such as depthbuffering. This could for example,
figures walk around freely in any stores. The game was then renamed internally due to lack
of license in accordance Similis Princedom. (google translated from german)

@pabloivan81 I dont know what you should help with, i do not play KaM anymore.

for this video, thats just an alpha version of the game, Princedom, witch would have the same game mechanics as in normal KaM. just more modern, but keep in mind this is from 2002. This game will NEVER be implemented.

@eualadindeal There is no progress, this is just an alpha build of a new game, in 2002, but in that time, guess what? the 3D graphics were taking over. Then they began to develop a newer 3D engine, but that looked kinda awful. if you want to see how it was (yes, some ppl found some screenshots) please PM me. if other people want to see, PM me and i'll send you a link.

ah, come on... If you want a new KaM, then you should comment this.

Krom and Lewin is developing a "new" kam, witch is a remake of the original game, without all those annoying bugs. You can find that on the english forums, AND a demo - a new demo has just been released, were you can fight without the game crashes - thats why its a fighting demo ATM. And you can build all houses too - but you cant use the townhall and the siege workshop to train units.

WE NEED BUG REPORTERS AND BETA TESTERS! :D
