There is no one in Bleach that could defeat Kenpach when it comes down to pure sword-on-sword combat. Hell Ichigo's battle with ended in a draw.

I bet even Kenpachi could even defeat Dracule Mihawk, who's is the World Greatest Swordman in One Piece (If Kenpachi ditch the bells and eyepatch that is).
