Here are a pair of promos to promote a small group of stations in Southern Maine which, during their time under the ownership of Harron Communciations, were known as Newsradio WMTW. The stations aired a mix of local programing featuring personalities such as Neila Smith & Bill Nemitz, AP Radio News Headlines and simulcasts of news from WMTW-TV.
The first spot promotes the simulcast of News 8 WMTW broadcasts, while the second focuses on the local edge the stations have over Boston's WBZ, whose signal is ubiquitous throughout New England and beyond. It takes a unique approach by using workers from the B&M Factory in Portland to help sell the distinctly Maine element.
