if the seek bar isn't coloured ahead of the playback it's your connection. If the video freezes and skips frames, it's your computer. If you are talking about distortion of the image there *is* some minor distortion of fast moving objects due to the "rolling shutter".
Video quality looks wonderful. However, some of the movement looks choppy. Not sure if that's a limitation of YouTube, or my computer, or the connection speed - or if it's the camera.
The stock lens does a pretty good job... what are those flickers we see while zooming on the Olympus Lens? - looks like the exposure/gain is auto-adjusting.
Exactly what nighthawk said! Thank you for the beautiful footage! I'm thinking of getting the camera and this footage is helping me lean in this direction.
The more i see footage with this camera the more i want one. Excellent footage by the way

Oops, one more thing. Is this shot in 1080 (24 P) or 720 (60 P)? Thanks.

I'm a total newb to the whole camera thing but I've been reading for a few days now and this camera seems to be the one I keep coming back to.
The only thing that concerns me is the compatibility of the AVCHD format with editing software.
Other than that, this camera seems to have it all.
Awesome footage by the way.
