Yes, anyone can join, enturbulation was made to be our public face. Be sure to read the guidelines and tell your parents if your planning to protest, Scientologist lawyers have been sending letters to relatives of outed anons (they have been scanned and posted on the forums). And yes, there's going to be protest in every city with a CoS center. again check the forums for info specific to your area, Sydney had about 300 protesters on 3/15 if i remember correctly.
