the nine common torts

the basics of United States Tort Law, illustrated..... through song(s). and random pictures I googled. began as a Business Ed. project, but was too profane to be shown in class so I took it to "The Youtube" instead so I'd have something to show for my efforts.

basically: a "tort" is a crime against an individual. if you sell drugs to someone, you have committed a crime, but not a tort. if you sell drugs to someone and then punch him in the face, you have committed a crime AND a tort, and are also a huge asshole.
