So pretty! I will try to learn it. Needs to be double boiled chocolate mixed with butter or something else or only tempered choco.? Is there any special temp that needs to get to? Do you do it before to add the dessert to the plate, so never hardens the pretty design! Thank you!

This is just natural chocolate whith a little cocoa butter (or vegetable oil) to make it more fluid .
You don't need to temperate just keep it in a medium warm place .
