If you have any questions just ask. By the way the first 2 exercises can be done at home with a pull-up bar

V-swipes takes time to get used to they are very difficult at first. In the video it was only my 3rd week doing them and as you can see i was struggling. You can do these anywhere even at home just find something to hang from. They will get you the v line everyone wants.

You also need to eat a lot of protein to build those ab muscles, drink only water, eat less carbs, and cardio will help you burn fat faster. All this will make your abs more bigger and more defined.

  • @Chelito644 you should just try 2 muscle groups every work out and try doing compound exercises

  • Oh hey! Have you heard about the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin shed crazy amounts of unwanted fat.

  • @axdelosangeles nice i still need to run, see 4 months ago i could run around the neighborhood 2 times, and stop like 2-3 times to stretch my legs, i havent ran in so long, lol the other day i ran, i stopped like 10 times to catch my breathe, cuz i lost that breathing balance. LOL so i need to keep on with that if i want to get the little stubborn fat square off my 7th and 8th ab muscle -.-
