TikiTV.com presents rare archival footage, owned by us, of Hawaii's Old Time Wrestling! One half hour DVD. Available for 16.90 postpaid! 50th State of Hawaii Wrestling from the Civic Auditorium and the TV Studios in the 60's and 70's. This is a small excerpt of rare home movie footage of decades ago, here in Hawaii... pulled from the Old Time Hawaii Wrestling DVD. Featuring Handsome Johnny Barend. Pedro Morales. Gene Kiniski. Ripper Collins. Lord Tally Ho Blears. Kenji Shibuya. Mitsu Arakawa. Cyclone Negra. Spiros Arion. Jim Hady, Billy White Wolf, Missing Link. Blears interviews Graham and other wrestlers. Peter Maivia vs Harry Fujiwara, Maivia vs Pat Barrett, Billy White Wolf vs Crazy Luke Graham. King Ripper Collins in action. Nick Bockwinkel vs Pat Patterson. From archival footage shot at the Civic, Studios and World's Championship Match at the HIC. This of course is what started it all. The precurser to the HCW, now once again, growing into a major sports attraction, we see a huge renewal of interest in this facinating action packed sports phenom for the whole family. And that's something we don't see often anymore nowadays. DVD available via ebay.

  • @WhiteyCooper007 hahaa! great! thanks for posting!

  • Man, I remember watching Johnny Barend at the Schofield Barracks venue in 1970-71. Also, the Missing Link with his Claw Hold, The Sheik, Ripper Collins, Hahn Lee, Pedro Morales, Fabulous Moolah, etc. To a twelve year old kid, that was the greatest. I asked the Sheik for his autograph and he kicked the book out of my hands from the ring. Now THAT was cool!

  • For those who don't know, Billy White Wolf was in reality an Iraqi named Adnan Al-Kaissie. As White Wolf, he was involved in a very famous angle in WWWF where Ken Patera "broke hhis neck" with a full nelson. A few years later, Al-Kaissie (using his real name) became a manager in AWA. He stayed there until Vince McMahon brought him back to WWF as General Adnan, one of Sgt. Slaughter's managers when Slaughter was feuding with Hulk Hogan.

  • Billy White Wolf looks alot like Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie (wink, wink)

  • I challenge any local kine hawaiian to a $5000 street fight.

    The holli boy

  • If you're interested, I think he's still around and lives in New York state on a farm or something like that. He's still married to the same Japanese woman he met in Hawaii.
