check out smacks booster(URL BELOW) it doesnt require that much power if you build a good cell and 2 liters per minute is enough with your regular gas that it will increase mpg buy ten to fifteen maybe more depending on the output of your cell it doesnt run of of just hydrogen and it doesnt strain your engine at all it takes maybe 30 amps max to run most run at or around 20 amps you can hook it to your ignition and it only turns on when your car is on

I have a couple of questions.

How do you plan on using hydrogen and oxygen in a Jeep's internal-combustion engine? Typically, hydrogen and oxygen when used as fuel, are used for rockets like those on the Space Shuttle. Also, electrolysis takes a lot of power from your battery, and that power comes from the alternator, which increases load on the engine, which increases fuel consumption. Unless you can make power very efficiently from hydrogen and oxygen, it's not going to help a Jeep.
