  • Purple is a great color on you! Stunning! Amazing progress! When I traveled abroad to rural Mexico I drank a lot of hot teas (they said boiled water was ok). Bought bottled water but that's expensive. I tried to eat veggies that were hot/cooked so that bacteria would hopefully be gone. Make sure to see your doc before you go & ask about getting meds for abroad travel especially for the stomach. My doc gave me I think Ciprofloxacin. Thank goodness cause I got a stomach virus while I was there lol

    i am scared about the water. i usually drink at least 100 oz a day! that can get very expensive, since bottled water is hiked up in tourist towns where you aren't supposed to drink the water. not like i can get my 24 pack of 20 oz bottles like at walmart...and even so, where would i put it?? ahh, the dilemma....

    the problem isn't finding fruits and veggies. they are there, i've been told we are not to eat them because of the local water not being good...

    yeah, i like measurements, because even if the scale isn;t budging, you can see how your body is changing...

  • Hello! Have you considered intellectus diet (search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it.

  • You're looking great! Don't worry about vacation... just have fun! You've made a LOT of progress! :)

  • WOW!!!! You look so good! congrats love! Hmm well my dad always told me that building up muscle helps burn the fat quicker. and also taking 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar helps... though i advise not doing that everyday... i did it every day for a couple weeks and it gave me a few stomach problems because of all the acid... Also cutting carbs down just a smidge will make a world of difference. You're doing very well though girly! just wait it may take a while but it will happen! stay positive!!!

  • Wow, that is going to be one heck of a challenge. I wish you all the luck! Can't wait to hear about it!

  • intense circut training and stuff will help with fat loss. it helps because you are increasing your heart rate into its target rate. in order to burn fat your heart must be in your target heart rate zone or it wont happen. i wish you the best.

  • Strength training will hemp build more lean muscle which will in turn burn more fat. Hope that helps. :)
