Built in Odessa, Texas in 1948 named W.T. Barrett Stadium. Replaced by Ratliff Stadium in 1982. Barrett was purchased, dismantled and shipped via 57 tractor-trailer rigs the 300-plus miles to become the new home of the Leander High School Lions. After reincarnation in 1983, Barrett became known as Lion Stadium. Later it would be renamed A.C. Bible Jr. Memorial Stadium, in honor of a former school board president who ramrodded the purchase of old Barrett. It is currently being torn down (12-2008)
