That's what you call "white flight". When the niggers come in, the whitey take flight. That's what happens when police don't live in the community that they patrol so they don't give a damn to what goes on. I'm looking to move to a gated community that is all home owners and no renters. It's going to cost more in home owner association fees and property taxes but beats having to deal with muther fcukers who don't have a muther to teach them otherwise.

hemet ghetto thats what all those dumb ppl get for going for the zero interest loans thinking that just cause its all brand new and pretty its got to be crime free dont like it move we did we sold our home bought one almost all the way paid off but we moved 2200 miles east to do it in Indiana =] Goodbye drive by shootings and graffiti and home invasions

Regardless of the racist comments here, single family zoning (regardless what families own the property) can and will follow classic slum formation (there are plenty of white slums. They're called trailer parks).. In other words, you can zone an area, but once the investors see that profit will come from cutting up single family dwellings, they'll do it.

Legalized segregation once allowed whites to protect their cultural and ethnic values. It also helped protect the real estate property values.

I think you are going to see more and more of these gated communites with mega houses and no front or back yard turning into ghetto houses! It happened in many of the big cities in the mid-west, starting in the late 50's.

I can think of some CITIES that need a gate around them, just to keep 'them' inside.
