Is it true Young Professionals do not want to be leaders?
Paul Stahlin (AICPA Chairman) facilitates an i2a-Insight to Action Session at the MACPA Summit to answer this question and others. He answers the question and talks about the many programs from the AICPA and State CPA Associations to build tomorrow's leaders.
The fact is that not only do these young professionals want to be leaders, they also have string views on how they will lead differently.
