The film follows Outreach Case Manager Christina Winkler to the Long Island Shelter in Boston where she meets with a handful of her current clients - all in various stages of looking for housing. It also features Ruggles Assisted Living resident Bob Wright, who talks about his 12 years on the streets after a fire destroyed his home and the dramatic differences in his life now that he has a home once more.
The film is narrated by Hearth board member Bob Halloran, and was made by Greg Ansin and Mike Neel.
